Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Custom engraved ID tags are made to order and are not refundable unless faulty, damaged or engraved incorrectly by us.
You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used for your order, or that you have the cardholder's permission to use it. Charges appear on card statements as "SP Collar Spot".
If you have a concern about your order, you agree to contact us at support@collarspot.au and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We reply within 1-2 business days. Most issues, including delays, returns and faulty items, can be resolved directly under our policies.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. A breach of these Terms may result in us refusing service.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. Our AirTag collars are designed to hold an Apple AirTag, which is not included and is sold separately by Apple. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products and change product descriptions or pricing at any time.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided and refund any payment received.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information, including a correct shipping address. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the site, including pricing and transit times, at any time.
